The Evolution of The Inner Healing Center

Before it became The Inner Healing Center, it was The Inner Self Center. And before that, it was called On Purpose Health.

At first glance, those names may sound different, but the heart of the work has always been the same.

Healing begins within.

The name On Purpose Health was born from the belief that health is not just physical. Health is emotional. Mental. Spiritual. Relational. Behavioral. It is how we think, how we cope, how we love, how we forgive, how we rest, how we respond, and how we rebuild after life has broken something inside of us.

The message was simple: health of all types is an inside job.

You can change your diet and still carry bitterness.

You can lose weight and still feel unworthy.

You can look successful and still feel emotionally exhausted.

You can pray and still need healing.

You can love others deeply and still struggle to love yourself well.

That is why the work had to go deeper than surface change.

Over time, On Purpose Health became The Inner Self Center because the focus became clearer. The real work was not only about health habits or lifestyle change. It was about the inner self. It was about identity, self-awareness, emotional balance, relationship patterns, and the hidden places where people carry pain, shame, fear, disappointment, and old survival responses.

The Inner Self Center represented the truth that many people are not broken beyond repair. They are disconnected from themselves. They are living from wounds, expectations, trauma, pressure, and survival. They are doing life, but not always living whole.

Then the name changed one more time — but this time, it wasn’t my decision.

I was sitting at a women’s conference when I heard the Lord say it clearly: The Inner Self Center is now The Inner Healing Center.

I didn’t question it. I didn’t run it by a marketing team. The very next day, I went and changed the name with the Secretary of State.

That’s how I knew — this wasn’t just a rebrand. It was an assignment. God wasn’t asking me to think about it. He was telling me what the work had always been leading toward.

That name says exactly what the mission has always been.

We help people heal from the inside out.

The Inner Healing Center exists because people do not just need advice. They need restoration. They need language for what happened to them. They need tools to manage what is happening inside them. They need a safe place to examine their patterns without shame. They need to understand why they keep choosing the same relationships, reacting the same way, shrinking in the same rooms, and carrying pain God never intended them to build a life around.

Healing is not about pretending the wound never happened. It is about allowing God to touch the place you learned to hide.

It is about learning how to tell the truth without being destroyed by it.

It is about becoming whole enough to love, lead, live, and choose from a healed place instead of a wounded one.

The journey from On Purpose Health to The Inner Self Center to The Inner Healing Center is more than a name change. It is a revelation. The work became more focused. The message became more refined. The mission became more personal. Because whether we are talking about physical health, emotional wellness, relationship healing, spiritual growth, leadership, or behavior change, the truth remains the same:

What happens inside of a person shapes what happens outside of their life.

That is why healing matters.

That is why wholeness matters.

That is why The Inner Healing Center exists.

Because healing starts from the inside out.

And I’m still healing too. That’s how I know this work is real.
